As a scriptwriter and director, she embraces human rights, history, politics, reflection and critique, connecting observational and performative approaches together with creative work with archival materials, recently exploring essayistic and experimental forms.

 

After completing her MA at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, she worked on documentary series broadcast by Slovak public television (RTVS), such as Ex Prime Ministers, Building Slovakia or Icons, a documentary series about the oldest living generation of Slovak architects. She also worked as an archive researcher for 40 documentary films broadcast by RTVS. Her short films were selected to European festivals such as Krakow, Docudays, Pravo Ljudski, CinEast, Arquiteturas (best international film), STIFF (best student film), and distributed in Slovakia, Ukraine and Portugal.

After moving to Austria, she was awarded BMKÖS Startstipendium Filmkunst in 2022 and is working on her debut feature documentary film.
